1. Call or fax us with the following information:

• Destination and attractions
• Preferred accommodation
• Proposed departure and return dates
• Student year and number of students/teachers travelling.

2. Quote

• We will forward you a written quote.

3. Quotation Acceptance

• Sign and return the quotation form.

4. Book

• On receiving the signed quotation form, your accommodation, itinerary & Coach will be booked. We will forward you a copy of the final documents as soon as confirmed.

5. Deposit

• A deposit invoice will be issued to secure your booking.

6. Pay

• A tax invoice will be forwarded to you and full payment will be required within 14 days from the tax invoice date.
